Team Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Team Supervisor to join Amazon Adventure. As the Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre floor, leading a team of staff, and ensuring a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all our visitors. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service

What We Offer:

• Permanent contract
• Guaranteed hours per week that include a weekend day and bank holidays
• 28 days paid holiday pro-rata (inclusive of bank holidays)
