We advise booking in advance so you can guarantee your preferred play session. Without pre-booking we may be full and unable to accommodate walk-ins.
If you arrive after the start of your play session, don’t worry you will be still be allowed in. However, please note that the end time of your play session will remain the same, and cannot be adjusted for late starts.
Our Standard Play Sessions are a maximum of 2 hours
There is no time limit on our Open Play Sessions

No, we are a cashless site, including in our cafe. Please make sure you bring your bank card with you, or have contactless payments set up on your mobile device.
We recommend long sleeves and trousers whilst using our play equipment, and to avoid any jewellery, buckles, or items in pockets. Please always ensure you have shoes off and socks on whilst using the soft play areas.
Our maximum age is 12 years old, there is no minimum age!
Yes, we have a car park which is free of charge to our visitors but is subject to availability. If you arrive much earlier than your session time, you may find spaces are all taken up, until the previous session comes to an end.
Here are a few helpful hints:
- Don’t arrive too early! 5 minutes prior to session is usually just about right
- You can find free street parking along the road
- Frant Station, directly opposite us, has a large car park (please check the boards for relevant pricing)
Please remember: only use the designated Amazon Adventure spaces in the car park. Please note, vehicles are left at your own risk. Please be respectful of our neighbours and business partners.
Weekends, school holidays, and Open Play Sessions are charged at our standard entry rate, we discount entry prices on off-peak days.

For everyone’s safety, we insist that anyone supervising children must be at least 18 years of age
You are welcome to pop out and return if you need to, but you must take all children in your care and your belongings with you. We cannot be left responsible for these for any amount of time.
We have a limited capacity in Amazon Adventure, and so charging a small additional fee for adults ensures that space is not taken up unnecessarily.
Yes, carers accompanying a disabled guest, who can provide evidence of DLA/PIP/ESA/AA or an Access Card with +1 symbol are welcome free of charge
No we do not allow food to be consumed on site that has not been purchased from Amazon Adventure Cafe, with the exception of baby food. We have lots of tasty food, drinks, snacks, and treats available from our café!
Yes, you’re very welcome to capture moments of your little monkey exploring our play jungle, but please be mindful to not capture any images of other visitors, in particular children. If you share any photos and videos of your little ones having a wild time on social media, be sure to tag us!
1 hour before the last play session of the day ends
We limit each adult to bringing a maximum of 4 children under their care.

No, we do not have lockers on site, so please keep an eye on your belongings and we suggest leaving valuables at home.
