Amazon Adventure is open every day of the year except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

We strongly advise to pre-book your tickets online to ensure you can play during your preferred session time. All tickets are strictly non-refundable or transferrable and subject to our ticket terms and conditions. Please ensure all members of your party are present at the time of admission. Please have your tickets ready on a mobile device on the day of your visit. If you are booked into a timed session please note that your session will end at the advertised time and no additional time will be added for latecomers.
Amazon Adventure is a totally cashless site, including in our cafe – so please ensure you bring your bank card, or have contactless payments set up on your mobile device.
On entering Amazon Adventure you are agreeing to our Terms of Business.
We’re committed to making Amazon Adventure accessible to all. We dedicate the first Sunday of every month to SEN families to explore our jungle play at their own pace, with a little more space. During these sessions capacity will be reduced to 50% and music and sound levels lowered to create a calmer, less overwhelming play experience.
Amazon Adventure is a strictly no smoking site. Please do not smoke or vape during your visit.
Yes, we have a car park which is free of charge to our visitors but is subject to availability. If you arrive much earlier than your session time, you may find spaces are all taken up, until the previous session comes to an end.
Here are a few helpful hints:
- Don’t arrive too early! 5 minutes prior to session is usually just about right
- You can find free street parking along the road
- Frant Station, directly opposite us, has a large car park (please check the boards for relevant pricing)
Please remember: only use the designated Amazon Adventure spaces in the car park. Please note, vehicles are left at your own risk. Please be respectful of our neighbours and business partners.
We offer free WiFi for all Amazon Adventure customers
Our play areas are designed to be enjoyed by children of 12 years or under. All play areas are unsupervised by Amazon Adventure staff, and we ask that accompanying adults supervise their children at all times.
We LOVE hosting birthday parties, and have a range of wild Party Packages to suit all needs. Get in touch with us to start planning your party today!
Please note we are unable to accommdate parties that have not been pre-arranged and organised with our team, this includes bringing in cakes, decorations and gifts. Please ensure you contact us in advance if you are planning to celebrate a special occasion at Amazon Adventure.
Children’s bicycles and scooters are not permitted within Amazon Adventure or in the car park.

Qualified first aiders are always on duty. Please ask one of the Amazon Adventure staff members for first aid assistance.
Only food and drink purchased in Amazon Adventure may be consumed on site, with the exception of baby food and bottles.
No dogs or pets are admitted into Amazon Adventure, except fully trained assistance dogs. Please note that we require proof of qualification that one of the following is received; Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payments, Attendance Allowance, or Employment Support Allowance for a fully trained assistance dog to enter. All other pets, including therapy dogs, are prohibited.
If your little one goes missing, don’t panic! Report to our team immediately. We have policies and procedures in place to reunite you quickly.
